There are three options available to you:
1) A 40 minute energetic Reiki healing with a 10 minute intro and then a 10 minute healing debrief for you to determine your healing path.
2) A 45 minute guided instructional movement therapy session that will training you for self rehabilitation and self healing "outside" of the healing session.
3) An applied kinesiology and aromatherapy session for conscious and unconscious healing.
