Starting the carnivore way

Starting the Carnivore Way of Eating (WOE)

Step 1: Eat Meat, Drink Water.
Step 2: Repeat.

Hmmmmm .... its simple, but not that simple.

Lets try the list again:

Step 1: Eat Foods that reduce inflammation. For the vast majority of us, thats meat. For many of us, we could include, dairy like milk, butter, cream, cheese, etc. But for some of us, they can cause inflammation. Or rather, a specific volume of intake of the food can cause inflammation. Some of you can eat cheese all day, but some of you could only eat a teaspoon of cheese before having a physical reaction we know as inflammation. Your nose may become blocked and runny, or you may find some lethargy of fatigue set in mere minutes after consumption. It varies per person, per food, per volume and sometimes even per day (dependant on intake of other inflammation causing substances). Your inflammation level is determinate by you and you alone. Even identical twins can have differing food triggers based on a variety of environmental factors and lifestyle choices.

The best way to determine the causes of inflammation in your WOE is to eliminate everything that could cause inflammation in you, and start from scratch, adding in foods as you go.

So Step One therefore becomes a choice; 1) if you have low inflammation and are just looking to, eat healthier and witness and feel changes, eat all animal products to start. All types of meats; Beef, Chicken, Fish, Pork (if you choose too). Dairy; Milk, cream, cheeses, buttur sour creams, ghee, etc.  OR:

2) If you have high inflammation and some health issues that you are seeking remedy too; eat beef only. Start at the Lion Diet or Beef, Beef and more Beef.

Once you have witnessed a visible reduction in your inflammation and dis-ease symptoms (This can take days, weeks or months), you can then seek to add very slowly back into your WOE, foods you enjoy. Each food would be added (yes eaten with) to your beef meal to gauge your body response to it. Do this for three days for each type to see if it is prolonged time or if it is single exposure, etc, to determine your inflammatory reaction to this single addition of food. Then, ADD ONE MORE FOOD. Yes, only one.
