Meditation is personal.  Meaning it is your experience.

There are differing ways to mediation, but one persons experience of the same mediation will never be the same as another persons. 

Meditation techniques vary, however, the common theme is to clear the mind and seek a relaxed state. (Insert Tui Sloan here "Yeah, right!")

Thats not easy, but nothing worth doing should be.

Meditation IS challenging, but like all things challenging, with practice, you become more PRACTICED at this art. ​
