Terahertz Stones require care to ensure their longevity, and yours
Most crystals and semi-precious stones are “Cleansed and Charged” by way of sunlight, moonlight, breath or running under water.
As a product of both the land (Earth) and sea (Water), Terahertz requires more special treatment. Terahertz is cleansed and charged by immersion in sand. Specifically beach sand. Or, in a pinch, sand which has been charged with sea salt water by mixing sea salt with water and pouring it onto the sand.

Your Terahertz may become “tired” and rely on your energies to support its work for you. Simply cleanse the jewellery and wear it once fully charged again!
At home, keep a bowl of sand on your kitchen bench (or somewhere you will be reminded to cleanse your Terahertz). Keep your sand damp with sea salt (not table salt) and water and mix in with your sand, you don't want your sand sloppy. Whenever you feel like your Terahertz isnt fully being recharged, put more sea salt and water in. Every few months, if you can get to a beach take the sand back that you have and replace with some fresh sand, remember to do a Karakia (Prayer) thanking the Mother Earth for her offerings.
Once your Terahertz is cleared and recharged place in another bowl with water to rinse off as much sand as possible, then lastly rinse under tap (this eliminates the need to clean out your drain pipes of sand build up! Then you can use this bowl that has collected sand from rinsing to add your salt to and then add back to your main bowl of sand.

The beach is the best place to cleanse and recharge your Terahertz. Where the water comes in, just at the change where it goes back out to sea, while keeping your Terahertz Bracelets/Anklets Jewellery on (as it likes to go back to source!) plunge in and out of the sand/water three times.
How do I know when to Cleanse my Terahertz Jewellery?
Terahertz functions at a high frequency, and, in choosing to wear Terahertz, you have asked it to keep your frequency high. When your Terahertz is "running low" on its own energy, some of our clients have said they will get a sore arm, or achy shoulder. A simple test is to take the jewellery off, then put it back on. If the ache subsides when the jewellery is not being worn, then your Terahertz is low on its own energy, and needs charging. Remember, you "asked" the Terahertz Bracelet to protect/enhance/benefit you in some way and it will continue to do so, even using some of your bodies own energy to do so! If this happens, it's time to take it off, cleanse and charge!
How long do I need to Cleanse my Terahertz Jewellery?
Don't know how long your new Terahertz Jewellery needs to be cleansed for? An easy approach is to simply charge it overnight in the sand. Or, if you're at the beach, standing at the waterline, place the jewellery into the water (keep hold tight, or just keep wearing it).
